A recently completed energy audit of an AES installation has shown to have saved the customer several hundred thousand dollars through reduced energy consumption, increased efficiency and lower maintenance costs. The Clean Air system, installed at a North East specialty packaging company, replaced an aging cyclone and dust collector system. The innovative design eliminated the need for expensive dust collectors and their related permitting, insurance and NFPA regulatory issues, simplifying the installation process for the client. “We were thrilled that the audit confirmed our system’s energy efficiencies”, said Jeff Dietterich, president of AES. “The utility savings combined with the health and safety benefits of the system are truly a win-win for our client”, Dietterich said.
