When not in the field, a combination of service and shop work rounds out the job so there is no sit-down time between project work. AES has a thriving equipment maintenance and repair business, and as a service team member, you will help our customers keep their equipment in top form with preventive maintenance, testing and troubleshooting and emergency breakdown service. When in the Shop, work is primarily focused on equipment rebuilding and testing.
