Why Join AES?

Boutique in Size, Big in Stature
AES is a boutique design/build business with a big market reach. You’ll find our work at some of the largest and most recognized companies in the US. Our systems benefit customers in a wide range of industries, including box and carton manufacturing, paper converting, printing and publishing, food and beverage, and many more.

Entrepreneurial Spirit
AES works as a partner in process improvement to help businesses achieve greater profitability, productivity, and sustainability in their manufacturing operations. Sometimes this necessitates a novel idea, a fresh approach, or an innovative product like our AirShark™ rotary material separator. This sets AES apart from our competitors, and we strive to bring entrepreneurial, can-do problem solvers to our team.

Supportive Team Environment
We want each team member to feel supported and heard. Open communication and frequent check-ins promote an atmosphere of trust and respect. It’s our goal to engage with all AES team members on a regular basis, so we can listen, learn and offer the guidance and support needed for a satisfying work-life experience.

Collaborative, Innovative Culture
Collaboration plays an essential role at AES. Whether your job involves engineering solutions for automation projects, solving logistical challenges, or creating a marketing campaign, you’ll likely be collaborating with other team members from job inception to completion. Access to senior staff, management, and company owners provides plenty of opportunities for mentorship and guidance.

Unlimited Growth Potential
We believe in promoting from within. Some of our most successful team members began their careers in different positions than those they hold now.
