Advanced Equipment Sales (AES) is looking for an experienced and motivated site foreman for the installation of industrial equipment and systems. Our systems integrate industrial equipment including balers, shredders, conveyors, dust collectors, and industrial fans. The equipment is interconnected via a network of sheet metal air conveyance ducting. You will direct and supervise field installation personnel to ensure a safe work environment and a smooth installation process. Strong communication skills, a composed demeanor, and a commitment to professionalism are critical skills for success. Local, regional, and national travel will be required.

What you’ll need for this position
- Strong mechanical aptitude and skills, including sheet metal ducting, mechanical assembly, and welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with two years minimum supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train employees.
- A current valid driver’s license with a good driving record of insurable quality.
- Willingness to travel to job sites at least 75% of the time.
- Ability to work overtime (OT), including weekends as needed.
